This policy explains what personal information AGARWAL TRADERS ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect
We only ask for what we need to answer your travel enquiry and arrange a booking.

We do not ask for and do not want your card number, CVV, net-banking password, UPI PIN or OTP. Nobody from AGARWAL TRADERS will ask for these on this website.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To make and manage bookings with airlines, hotels, transport operators and visa authorities on your instructions.
- To contact you about a trip that is already in progress.
- To keep a record of enquiries and bookings, as required for our accounts and tax.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form or the chat, and on the need to perform the service you have asked us for.
3. Marketing
Submitting an enquiry does not add you to a mailing list. We contact you about the trip you asked about. If we ever want to send you offers, we will ask you separately and you will be able to stop them at any time by replying "STOP" or emailing us.
4. Where your information is stored
Enquiries are stored in Google Sheets and Gmail, operated by Google. Google may process this data on servers outside India under its own terms. Access is limited to the AGARWAL TRADERS staff who handle enquiries.
5. Who we share it with
- Suppliers needed to fulfil your booking, such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour operators, insurers, and embassies or visa processing centres. They receive only what that specific booking requires.
- Google, as the provider of the email and spreadsheet tools where enquiries are stored.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
6. Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set advertising cookies of its own and does not run analytics tracking. Two pieces of content are embedded from other companies, and they may set cookies or record your IP address when they load:
- YouTube destination videos, embedded in privacy-enhanced mode

youtube-nocookie.com), governed by Google's Privacy Policy. - OpenStreetMap, which supplies the world map, governed by the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface used across the site. Loading it sends your IP address to Google, governed by Google's Privacy Policy. It sets no advertising cookie.
Your browser also stores a small flag on this site to remember that the chat assistant has already greeted you, so it does not greet you repeatedly. It contains no personal information and is cleared when you close the browser.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 24 months, because travellers often come back a season later. Records connected to a completed booking are kept for 8 years to meet accounting and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop contacting you.
Email agarwaltraders55555@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
9. Children
This website is meant for adults booking travel. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 except as part of a family booking made by a parent or guardian.
10. Security
Enquiries travel to us over an encrypted connection and are stored in password-protected Google accounts. No system is completely secure, so please do not send passport scans, card details or other sensitive documents until we ask you to, and never share an OTP with anyone.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date below.
