1. Who we are
AGARWAL TRADERS is a travel agency. We arrange flights, hotels, visas, transfers, sightseeing and holiday packages. For most services we act as an agent between you and the airline, hotel or operator who actually provides the service. Their own terms apply to your booking alongside ours.
2. Enquiries and quotations
- Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points, not confirmed fares. Packages are examples that we customise.
- A quotation is valid for [NUMBER] days and is subject to availability at the time you confirm.
- Airfares, hotel rates and taxes can change until the booking is ticketed or confirmed. If the cost changes before confirmation, we will tell you before proceeding.
3. Payments
No payment is collected on this website. The enquiry form and the chat assistant only pass your travel requirements to our team.
- Payments are made directly to AGARWAL TRADERS through the methods we confirm to you in writing: [LIST YOUR ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS].
- A booking is confirmed only once we have received the agreed amount and issued a confirmation or ticket.
- Always verify our bank details by calling +91 91236 15096 before transferring money. We will never ask for an OTP, UPI PIN or card CVV.
4. Cancellations and refunds
When you cancel, two separate charges apply: the supplier's charge and our service fee.

- Cancellation requests must reach us in writing, by email or WhatsApp.
- Refunds are paid to the original payment source once the supplier releases the money to us, usually within [NUMBER] working days of us receiving it.
- Visa fees, insurance premiums and government taxes are generally non-refundable once submitted.
5. Visas
We help you prepare and submit a visa application. We do not issue visas and we cannot influence the outcome. The decision rests entirely with the embassy or consulate. A refused visa does not entitle you to a refund of the visa fee or our service fee, and any related travel bookings remain subject to the cancellation rules above.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us names exactly as they appear in the passport. Airlines charge for corrections, and some tickets cannot be corrected at all.
- Check that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
- Check every confirmation and ticket we send you as soon as you receive it, and tell us the same day if anything is wrong.
- Meet visa, health and vaccination requirements for your destination.
- Reach the airport and other departure points on time.
7. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical treatment, cancellation, delays and lost baggage. If you decline insurance, you accept the resulting risk.
8. Our liability
We take care in arranging your travel. Because we act as an agent, we are not liable for the acts or failures of airlines, hotels, transport operators or other suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control such as weather, strikes, technical faults, airspace closures, civil unrest, epidemics or government orders. In those situations we will help you claim from the supplier or your insurer. Our liability to you is limited to the service fee you have paid us.
9. Complaints
Tell us as soon as a problem arises, while we can still act. Write to agarwaltraders55555@gmail.com with the subject "Complaint" and your booking reference. We acknowledge complaints within [NUMBER] working days.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you confirm a booking is the version that applies to it.
